4. DIY Floral Balloon Garland
Doesn’t this look amazing? If you’re on a budget, you can grab some cheap fake flowers or find free printables online and print out a gorgeous bouquet. Simply stick them onto the balloon with some double sided tape. You could even grab some florals from your garden if you’re green thumbed. No one will know, I promise!
